Refund Policy 退費機制

1. Trip Cancellation or Rescheduling Due to Weather / 因天氣取消或改期

If the trip must be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, the following policies apply. / 若因天候因素需取消或改期，以下為相關規定。

Force Majeure / 不可抗因素

- If the trip cannot proceed due to force majeure events such as a land typhoon warning, earthquake, cold wave, heavy rain advisory (as defined by the Central Weather Administration), road closures, or restrictions imposed by management authorities, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% administrative fee. / 若遇活動目的地陸上颱風警報、地震、寒流、豪雨特報（定義請參照中央氣象署）、道路封閉或管理單位限制等不可抗因素，致使無法出團，將扣除活動費用 5% 行政手續費後退費。

Poor Weather Forecast / 天氣預報不佳

- If weather conditions such as continuous rain or an incoming cold front are forecasted and may affect activity quality, we will conduct an assessment and announce the final decision at least 3 days before departure. If the trip is canceled, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% administrative fee. / 如陰雨綿綿、冷氣團來襲等可能影響活動品質，將由我方綜合評估，最遲於出發日前 3 日公告是否出團。如評估後取消出團，將扣除活動費用 5% 行政手續費後退費。

2. Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons / 個人因素取消

- Cancel 14 days before departure: Refund minus a 5% administrative fee. / 出發前 14 天取消：扣除活動費用 5% 行政手續費後退費。

- Cancel 8–13 days before departure: 20% of the booking fee will be deducted. / 出發前 8–13 天取消：扣除 20% 必要支出後退費。

- Cancel 3–7 days before departure: 30% of the booking fee will be deducted. / 出發前 3–7 天取消：扣除 30% 必要支出後退費。

- Cancel within 2 days of departure: No refund. / 出發前 2 天內取消：不退費。

3. Minimum Participant Requirement / 成團人數規定

- If the minimum participant number is not reached and the trip is canceled, participants may choose to reschedule for free or receive a refund with a 5% administrative fee deducted. / 若未達成團人數而確定不出團，參加者可選擇免費延期，或扣除活動費用 5% 行政手續費後退費。
