1. General Information / 一般資訊

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in activities organized by Taiwan Pathfinder. / 本條款適用於由 Taiwan Pathfinder 所舉辦的所有活動。

By registering for any activity, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. / 參加者報名即代表了解並同意遵守本條款。

2. Safety and Conduct / 安全與行為規範

Participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the guides and instructors at all times. / 參加者須全程遵守領隊及教練提供的安全指示。

Taiwan Pathfinder reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who act unsafely or disrupt the group. / 若有不安全或干擾團體秩序之行為，Taiwan Pathfinder 有權拒絕其參與活動。

3. Personal Responsibility / 個人責任

Participants are responsible for ensuring their own physical condition is suitable for the chosen activity. / 參加者應確保自身健康狀況適合該活動性質。

Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed to the organizer prior to participation. / 若有既往病史或特殊健康狀況，應於活動前告知主辦單位。

4. Weather and Environmental Conditions / 天氣與環境狀況

Outdoor activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions. / 戶外活動可能受天氣與環境狀況影響。

Taiwan Pathfinder may adjust or reschedule activities for safety reasons. / Taiwan Pathfinder 可能基於安全考量調整或延期活動。

5. Personal Belongings / 個人物品

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the activity. / 活動期間請自行保管個人物品。

Taiwan Pathfinder is not liable for loss or damage to personal items. / Taiwan Pathfinder 對個人物品遺失或損壞不負責任。

6. Insurance / 保險

All participants will be covered by activity-specific insurance as arranged by Taiwan Pathfinder. / 所有參加者將由 Taiwan Pathfinder 代為投保特定活動險。

Participants are encouraged to obtain additional personal insurance as needed. / 建議參加者依個人需求另行投保旅遊或意外險。

7. Privacy Policy / 隱私權政策

Participant information will be collected and used solely for activity organization and communication. / 參加者資料僅用於活動安排與聯繫之用途。

Taiwan Pathfinder will not share personal data with third parties without consent. / Taiwan Pathfinder 不會在未經同意的情況下將個人資料提供予第三方。
