Plan your hiking trip in Taiwan with professional support for entry permits, transportation, and accommodation. Our service helps you handle essential logistics, making your trip preparation smooth and worry-free.

This service is perfect for independent hikers who want to focus on the adventure itself while we take care of the necessary arrangements. Note: this is a non-guided service; we do not provide a mountain guide, but all booking and permit support will be handled efficiently for you.

Meeting point and pick-up will be arranged according to your location in Taiwan. Please provide your preferred pick-up point when booking. Round-trip transportation to the trailhead can be arranged upon request.

  • - Assistance in applying for mountain and national park entry permits
  • - Transportation arrangements to and from the trailhead (custom quote based on departure point)
  • - Accommodation booking at mountain cabins or lodges
  • - Meal booking upon request (vegetarian or non-vegetarian, subject to availability)
  • - Travel accident insurance (specific activity insurance: NT$2,000,000 for accidental death/disability, NT$200,000 for injury medical expenses)

All safety arrangements are customized based on the actual activity, terrain, and participant needs. We provide suitable safety planning, equipment recommendations, and guide arrangements according to the nature of each trip.

Professional guides and support staff will be arranged when required, depending on the technical level and risk of the chosen activity.

Detailed pre-trip information will be provided based on your selected activity, including clothing, equipment, physical preparation, and meeting details.

Final arrangements will be confirmed according to your requests and the actual booking situation.

Accommodation and meals are arranged based on your personal needs and the selected route or activity.

We provide assistance with booking mountain huts, lodges, and meals upon request, and all arrangements are subject to availability.

Trip Cancellation or Rescheduling Due to Weather

  • - Force Majeure: If the trip cannot proceed due to events such as a land typhoon warning, earthquake, cold wave, heavy rain advisory (as defined by the Central Weather Administration), road closures, or restrictions imposed by management authorities, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% administrative fee.
  • - Poor Weather Forecast: If adverse weather such as continuous rain or an incoming cold front may affect the trip quality, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment. The final decision will be announced no later than 3 days before departure. If we decide to cancel the trip, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% administrative fee.

Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons

  • - Cancel 14 days before departure: Refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • - Cancel 8–13 days before departure: 20% of the booking fee will be deducted.
  • - Cancel 3–7 days before departure: 30% of the booking fee will be deducted.
  • - Cancel within 2 days of departure: No refund.

Minimum Participant Requirement

  • - If the minimum participant number is not reached and the trip is canceled, participants may choose to reschedule for free or receive a refund with a 5% administrative fee deducted.
