• - Climbing equipment (helmet, harness, Jumar) and rivertracing shoes
• - Round-trip transportation from Luodong is included. Guests may also choose to be dropped off at Nangang after the trip
• - Specific Activity Insurance.
• - Professional guiding service with English support.

• - Each participant is covered by Specific Activity Insurance: NT$2 million for accidental death and disability, NT$200,000 for injury medical expenses
• - All safety equipment provided; participants must follow guide instructions at all times.

• - Comfortable, breathable outdoor clothing and a waterproof jacket.
• - Approximately 1.5-2 liters of water, lunch, and sun protection (e.g., sunscreen, hat, sunglasses). 
• - All other climbing gear (harness, helmet, Jumar etc.) and activity insurance are provided for a worry-free adventure.
• - Bringing your own helmet or harness is recommended, though we can provide them; however, sizes may not perfectly fit.
• - Notify us in advance of any special needs or health conditions.

Trip Cancellation or Rescheduling Due to Weather

• - Force Majeure: If the trip cannot proceed due to events such as a land typhoon warning, earthquake, cold wave, heavy rain advisory (as defined by the Central Weather Administration), road closures, or restrictions imposed by management authorities, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% administrative fee.
• - Poor Weather Forecast: If adverse weather such as continuous rain or an incoming cold front may affect the trip quality, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment. The final decision will be announced no later than 3 days before departure. If we decide to cancel the trip, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% administrative fee.

Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons

• - Cancel 14 days before departure: Refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
• - Cancel 8–13 days before departure: 20% of the booking fee will be deducted.
• - Cancel 3–7 days before departure: 30% of the booking fee will be deducted.
• - Cancel within 2 days of departure: No refund.

Minimum Participant Requirement

• - If the minimum participant number is not reached and the trip is canceled, participants may choose to reschedule for free or receive a refund with a 5% administrative fee deducted.
